The founders : Bureau Buitenland was founded by Heleen Pelle and Mari-José Weijerman who both have worked in the educational field for the past 15 years. Heleen as a marketing lecturer at the Radboud University, and Mari-José as lecturer in law at The Hague Academy of European Studies at the department of Public Administration. Both Heleen and Mari-José have coached many students during their internships abroad.
